Delivery and communication
An online success message means the delivery service accepted the clinic notification, not that the clinic has read it or confirmed an appointment. If you see an error or receive no response, call the clinic. Do not repeatedly submit the same request. Phone/email contact permission applies to this request only and is not permission for advertising, automated marketing calls or text-message enrollment.
